Barsby 2011 - Spring/Summer trade catalogue

An up and coming outdoor clothing company, Barsby Clothing, invited tomatoproject to design and produce their trade sales catalogue for a prestigious and valuable contract. The document had to present over 20 pages of technical, product and corporate information in an attractive and accessible way both in print and electronic format.

tomatoproject commissioned and art directed a unique photo shoot of studio and location shots of our client’s products, and used the stunning resulting images as a style running throughout the document as backgrounds and cover imagery.

It was important to gain a thorough understanding of the client’s company ethos and ensure that their existing brand was fully conveyed through the document design, at the same time as responding specifically to the intricate product structure.
